| This cottage is situated in a small hamlet of 3 houses called Pempoul, it being the last one in a dead end road. Located 1 mile from the owners other 2 cottages at Goas Teriot. | |

The Cottage stands on its own and faces south getting the sun all day. It looks onto open fields. The cottage has a large front lawn and parking to the side, the pool is located in its own garden to the end of the cottage. |
