There is a separate lounge with open plan staircase, tiled floor and beamed ceilings, large Breton fireplace with wood burning stove and comfortable settee and chairs. Sky TV is also available.

There are three bedrooms and a large landing & W. C. upstairs. The bedrooms all have polished wooden floors and have been built into the roof space leaving all beams exposed. The first and second bedrooms both have double beds, chests of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and hanging rail. The third bedroom has two single beds and chest of drawers. Also single bed on landing.

Bed Linen is provided for each bed.

Please note that kitchen, lounge and bathroom all have electric wall heaters. Logs are provided for the stove at no extra charge. Electric sockets are British so it is not necessary to bring adapters for your electrical accessories such as hairdryers and radios. Kitchen towels and tea towels, iron and ironing board are provided. Washing machine is available.

The cottage has its own private drive and plenty of parking space at the rear. It has a garden and lawn at front and side. There are good views of the surrounding countryside. BBQ, table and chairs are provided for outside use. Large grassy play area for children with swings . Shared by both cottages.

The 5m x 10 m heated swimming pool is situated in an enclosed garden to the left of the cottage.

The pool garden has a hedge all the way around and gates on the entrance. Sun loungers are provided for around the pool.

The pool is heated to a minimum of 24 C.

It has built in steps going down to an area of a 1m. depth then gradually slopes down to approx. 2m. at the deep end. There is also a Solar shower fitted at pool side for convenience.

Small entrance hall leading into the Kitchen / Dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker & fridge. There is a dining area and comfortable seating in front of the wood buring stove.

Seperate lounge with Breton fireplace and wood burning stove, 2 settes, lots of books and English TV.

Stairs leading up to large landing and 2 bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin both having wardrobes & storage. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & wash hand basin. All of upstairs is carpeted. BED LINEN PROVIDED FOR ALL BEDS

Patio area and semi cricle lawn and garden to the front of the cottage. The pool is situated up some steps opposite the cottage in it's hedge garden. Table & chairs, BBQ provided for outside use. Large grassy play area for children with swings . Shared by both cottages.
